We are currently seeking an Application Maintenance and Support. L2 to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).
Mandatory Skills
- 3+ years of relevant experience in application Maintenance and Support. L2 role
- Strong in Unix
- Strong in writing SQL queries.
- Knowledge on any other scripting/Coding languages – preferably Java

- Actively provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis.
- Also help in code fixes and rigorous testing where required
- Good knowledge of Unix, SQL and scripting languages
