How you will make a difference
The is responsible for troubleshooting issues, providing off hours system support, assisting with the system administration/data security, and maintenance of the AS applications and related Windows applications. Additional technical support responsibilities related to skill set may also be required.
The main function of this job is to support the AS System and all applications associated to Island Pacific System.
Other functions include supporting the non-AS systems.
What you’ll do
- Provide technical assistance to users and assist in troubleshooting Island Pacific system and applications associated to Island Pacific.
- Assist in the operational maintenance and application system integrity on IBM iSeries (AS) platform.
