  • Optimize workflows by designing AI-augmented workflows for code reviews, testing, bug triaging, and documentation.

  • Build and maintain custom prompts, agents, or fine-tuned models for domain-specific tasks.

  • Measure impact: define, track, and report productivity metrics.

  • Train and mentor engineering teams on effective AI tool usage.

  • Continuously research emerging AI technologies.

  • Collaborate with software engineers, architects, QA teams, and product managers.
