Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and professional Scheduler to support our enrollment operations team. This role is critical in driving employee engagement and participation by coordinating one-on-one benefits enrollment appointments.
The Scheduler will proactively reach out to employees via phone, email, and text to assist with booking their benefits enrollment sessions, reduce no-show rates, and ensure seamless coordination with our Benefit Counselors.
