Job Overview
The Architectural Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing all architectural and finishes construction activities for stations and related structures on the Eglinton Crosstown West Extension (ECWE) project.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction of architectural finishes (cladding, glazing, roofing, flooring, ceilings, partitions, and station fit-out).
- Ensure compliance with architectural design specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Coordinate architectural interfaces with structural, MEP, and systems works to maintain seamless integration.
- Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, and enforce health and safety requirements.
- Oversee inspections, quality checks, and mock-ups to verify materials and workmanship.
