Responsibilities
Manage a team in producing architectural design solutions and construction drawings
Manage a group of architectural staff, leading project meetings, and coordinating other building disciplines on multi‑disciplinary projects
Manage a team of consultants
Client communication
Provide technical and administrative oversight to ensure that both internal and external client needs are met and that projects are delivered within cost, quality and schedule targets
Manage the planning, scheduling, forecasting and staffing and work with accounting to achieve the desired results
Review monthly project performance data including utilization, multipliers, revenue analysis, backlog, invoicing, work in progress, accounts receivable, overhead optimization, and overall quality of work
Support the team on pursuing work through assisting with RFP preparation including schedule and fee
