Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage a team in producing architectural design solutions and construction drawings
- Manage a group of architectural staff, leading project meetings, and coordinating other building disciplines on multi‑disciplinary projects
- Manage a team of consultants
- Client communication
- Provide technical and administrative oversight to ensure that both internal and external client needs are met and that projects are delivered within cost, quality and schedule targets
- Manage the planning, scheduling, forecasting and staffing and work with accounting to achieve the desired results
- Review monthly project performance data including utilization, multipliers, revenue analysis, backlog, invoicing, work in progress, accounts receivable, overhead optimization, and overall quality of work
- Support the team on pursuing work through assisting with RFP preparation including schedule and fee
