Area Manager (Learn to Swim)
Hamilton Aquatics is looking for a proactive, organised, and people focused Area Manager (Learn to Swim) to lead and support programme delivery across multiple sites. The role ensures that Programme Leaders and Development Coaches are aligned, informed, and performing in line with programme criteria. You will oversee quality assurance, staff performance, customer engagement, and operational optimisation to ensure each site meets its targets and upholds Hamilton Aquatics' values.
Key Objectives- To manage the area team effectively by working with the Programme Leaders and Development Coach by ensuring constant communication is upheld and regular meetings to ensure all staff are delivering in line with the programme criteria and adhere to company policies and uphold the Hamilton Aquatics Company Values.
