The Area Sales Manager (ASM) plays a crucial role in developing new business relationships and enhancing current partnerships within the assigned sales territory. The ASM will utilize strong negotiation skills and effectively present our products to attract new leads and nurture connections. Additionally, this role involves delivering impactful presentations and representing the company at networking events and trade shows, striking a balance between professionalism and approachability. The ASM also leads, trains, and oversees Sales & Merchandising representatives, Distributors and 3rd party sales brokers, ensuring a cohesive and effective team.
