About the role
In this position, you will play a key role in supporting multiple departments by managing bank transactions and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will help prevent duplicate payments, support payroll operations, assess potential fraud, and build cash and liquidity reports.
Schedule and Modality
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. On‑site work in the main cities of Colombia, Argentina, Honduras, Guatemala, México, and Perú.
Key Responsibilities
- Issue fraud decisions on ACH payments and checks
- Support payroll team with inquiries (checks, direct deposits, etc.)
- Fund and manage employee payroll cards
- Prepare return reports for payroll
- Build cash and forecast reports for corporate
- Handle incoming payroll‑related inquiries
