About the Role
We are looking for an Asistente Social to join our team. The primary mission is to manage the procedures related to the wellbeing of Foundever employees in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Manage EsSalud processes for subsidies and leave, EPS registration, Life Insurance Ley, and SCTR.
- Control medical breaks and employee leave, including domestic visits, registration, and follow-up.
- Coordinate periodic medical examinations for employees.
- Plan and conduct health training and awareness campaigns.
- Organize well‑being activities: monthly birthday celebrations, basket distributions, end‑of‑year celebrations, and other significant dates (Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, national holidays, Christmas).
Qualifications
- Degree in Social Work.
- Preferred experience in Social Work with subsidies and labor law.
