Responsibilities
- Execute advanced mechanical assembly tasks according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments for assembly and inspection.
- Perform in-process quality checks and inspections, identifying and resolving assembly discrepancies.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Document assembly processes, material usage, and quality data accurately.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize assembly processes and reduce waste.
