- Lead and manage the Production Department to achieve the above stated mission: Produce all programmed products at EMPQ assuring at any time the full compliance with the required standards and the full accomplishment of the business mission and objectives in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost in a selfsustaining and continuous improvement manner.
- Execute and accomplish on time, on quality, and on cost the approved recruitment plan for production activities, with the support of the HR department.
- Define, execute and accomplish on time, on quality and on cost the continuous training, coaching and certification plan for all production workforce in the technical and soft competencies required to achieve their position objectives and responsibilities; with the support of the HR department and DUMEX training responsible.
