Assembly Team Leader Location: Yarnton, Oxfordshire Salary: Up to £55,000 p/a Working Hours: 9:00am 5:30pm Job type: permanent The Role: Assembly Team Leader We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assembly Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day activities of our Assembly & Test Technicians. You will ensure that build and test work is delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role combining people management, operational planning, process ownership and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities of the Assembly Team Leader Plan and allocate assembly and test work to ensure safe, timely and high-quality delivery. Re-plan and remove blockers as priorities evolve in a fast-moving development environment. Own and improve scheduling and resourcing so technicians always have a clear, achievable work pipeline.
