Job Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Asset Management Analyst to manage and optimise the end-to-end software asset lifecycle using ServiceNow (including SAM Pro and HAM), with a focus on licence compliance, cost optimisation, and data-driven insights across complex software publishers. (Hybrid Calgary)
Must Have
- Proven hands‑on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro implementation or operations.
- Strong understanding of complex software licensing and subscription models.
- Experience with licence compliance, optimisation, and vendor audit support.
- Solid knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and normalised software models.
- IT Asset Management (ITAM) experience.
Accountabilities Include
