Job Description
Role The Asset Manager oversees the financial lifecycle of the organisations long-term tangible assets. This role ensures accurate accounting, compliance, and strategic capital allocation for land, buildings, machinery, and equipment. Accountable for managing the Groupwide asset management function, ensuring that assets are governed throughout their lifecycle to maximise value, minimise risk, support operational performance and maintain regulatory compliance. Core Responsibilities 1. Capital Budgeting & Investment Analysis Responsible for budget and Capital Expenditure (CapEx) requests Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership on whether to buy, lease, or build major assets.
