JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, the Assistant Building Operator supports the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems and facilities. This role performs a wide range of tasks to ensure both buildings are fully functional, safe, and prepared for daily operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES
Client Requests
Provide timely support to external clients (clients, exhibitors, contractors) and internal departmentsRespond to requests including temperature and lighting adjustments, door hardware repairs, and general maintenance requests.Assist with operational and event-related needs, including repair and setup of tables, chairs and risers, hanging signage, snow removal and basic landscaping support as required.Maintain a high level of customer service and responsiveness General Repairs & Maintenance
