Overview Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 Hourly Summary: The Assistant Logistics Coordinator will support our logistics team in tracking and managing railcars and barges. This role will focus on tracking shipments, billing railcar usage, and gathering transportation rates for both rail and barge services. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include: • Monitoring and tracking the movement of railcars and/or barges, ensuring timely and efficient transit • Assisting in the preparation and processing of billing for railcar services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies • Gathering and analyzing rate information for rail and barge services to assist in cost management and logistics planning • Communicating with railroads, barge operators, and internal teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date records • Addressing and resolving any discrepancies in shipment tracking, billing, or rates • Adhere to and champion Ozinga's values of Service, Learning, and En...
