Essential Job Duties:
Prepare nutrient‑dense meals to support the physical demands of tree‑planting work.Support the Head Cook with all kitchen operations and delegated tasks.Assist with daily meal service, including breakfast, lunch table, block treats, and dinner.Drive to pick up food orders and assist with kitchen inventory management.Facilitate kitchen and dining tent setup and take down.Ensure the kitchen and dining tent meet regulations at all times.Implement and follow food safety management practices.Apply knowledge of tree‑planting operations to anticipate planter needs and support efficient camp workflows, contributing to a well‑organized and responsive camp environment.Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and food preparation areas.Support overall camp cleanliness, including maintaining showers, tents, washroom facili...
