Job Description

:This position is accountable for specifications issued by the Federal Aviation Administration such as identifying, formulating, and implementing aviation maintenance processes, policies, and procedures.

Essential Functions

Manages maintenance services and asset control. This includes day-to-day operation, aircraft specific inspections as dictated by manufacturer and FAA directives. Accountable for parts inventory and documentation of parts utilization. Oversees physical building and vehicles that support the Repair Station. Responsible for the content, currency, and dissemination and of all written materials related to aviation maintenance.

Reviews benchmark data and provides leadership in reaching or exceeding industry standards. Proactively identifies best practices and regulation changes in the aviation maintenance field and implements needed changes into policies and processes. Actively participates in the qual...
