About the Role
The Assistant General Manager is the senior executive responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and growth of Cubic Transportation Systems (CTS) in Canada. In this role you will own a nationally significant, technology-enabled infrastructure program from design and build to long‑term service delivery, with full P&L accountability for the Canada business and its major programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, communicate, and execute the business strategy and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in alignment with CTS objectives.
- Lead the full lifecycle of programs—from contract award and onboarding through design, build, operations, and long‑term service delivery—ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance.
- Own program‑level P&L, driving revenue, operating profit, cash flow, and return on net assets to achieve growth targets through cost control, schedule discipline, risk management, and commercial initiatives.
