Job Description
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in accounting, financial reporting, and indirect tax regulations.
1. Accounting and Financial Reporting
- Responsible for the preparation and finalization of financial statements as per IND AS and Indian GAAP.
- Coordinate with Group Cos. for inter-company reconciliations
- Ensure accurate and timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts..
- Ensure Income Tax and TDS filing and returns related matters including Tax Audit..
- Review and implement best practices for accounting policies, internal controls, and financial reporting.
2. Indirect Taxation Compliance
- Oversee GST compliance, filings and reconciliation s to optimize tax efficiency for entire Group.
- Ensure proper classification and treatment of input tax credits and GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B...
