Overview
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Demand Generation to lead and optimize our text marketing and lead conversion ecosystem. This senior role is responsible not only for campaign oversight but for end‑to‑end revenue pipeline optimization. The ideal candidate will work closely with Sales & Demand Generation teams to identify pipeline bottlenecks, analyze conversion trends, debug performance gaps, and drive measurable improvements in lead‑to‑revenue outcomes. This role requires strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and the ability to turn data into actionable revenue strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Pipeline Ownership & Optimization: Take ownership of the lead lifecycle from acquisition to conversion, analyze drop‑off points across the funnel (Data Acquisition → MQL → SQL → Conversion), identify bottlenecks, implement corrective action plans, and continuously optimize lead quality, routing, follow‑up timeline...
