Job Description
Reporting to the Manager Finance, you will be responsible for the budgeting, planning and accounting activities of the AKUH On campus and ensure its smooth implementation.
Responsibilities
- Develop financial, capital and staffing budgets on year-to-year basis in accordance with the hospital goals and objectives.
- Prepare monthly Financial Performance of the Hospital including, but not limited to:
- Ensuring maintaining a reconciliation between Management reporting vs. Statutory Reporting;
- Analyzing (by line item) volumes, revenues and expenses compared to budget as well as reviewing of past trends in order to facilitate decision making; and
- Preparing various management reports on monthly/quarterly/annual basis
- Work as a Financial Advisor for various service lines of the hospital. This would include, but not limited to:
