What a typical day looks like:
Driving excess and Obsolete
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives.Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across the segments.Monitor and analyze Inventory across nodes to identify E&O risks. (Excess, Obsolete, Aged).Track, report, and drive actions on E&O inventory.Collaborate with SSCM, GAM & Site to reduce liabilities.Support disposition planning (resale, rework, scrap, or transfer).Align with business units (BUs) to negotiate liability sharing and recovery plans.Conduct root cause analysis for inventory variances and propose corrective actions.Provide data insights to...
