Job Description
Minimum Qualifications
Master of Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE accredited institution.
- Five (5) years post- MSW social work practitioner experience in the field of Social Work.
- One (1) year full-time experience in social work education.
Preferred Qualifications
- PhD in Social Work or Doctorate in Social Work.
- Two (2) or more years of experience in social work education, with a focus on online program management.
- Demonstrated experience in online curriculum development and instructional design.
- Experience in academic advising and student support services.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Grant management and program development.
- Experience with online education platforms and technologies.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
