Overview
Standex Engraving, a leading and established provider of engraving/texturing services globally, is seeking an experienced and results oriented Assistant Plant Manager for its Windsor, Ontario location. Reporting to the site General Manager, the Assistant Plant Manager will be instrumental in building a high-performance team while driving continuous improvement.
Essential Duties
- Under the direction of the General Manager, oversees plant operations, including job completion, quality, safety, maintenance, and logistics, to achieve operational, financial, and productivity goals.
- Schedules and coordinates processes to ensure production targets and customer deadlines are met.
- Leads, coaches, and develops department leads and supervisors, fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement. Ensures performance management and recognition for site team members timely and effectively.
