Managing technical, contractual & financial performance of contract works and monitoring the overall control of site activities Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above At least 5 years relevant experience preferably in sizeable property development, property management and fit-out projects Possess sound knowledge of building technology, building services and fitting out is an advantage Good command of English and Chinese Good interpersonal and communication skills Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
