Overview
As an Assistant Project Manager within Pomerleau’s Civil & Infrastructure team, you will collaborate with the site team by coordinating project‑related activities at the heart of the Heavy Earthworks business unit. Working on large‑scale construction projects ranging from $1.5 million to over $1 billion, you will solve technical challenges and maintain essential communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Assist the project team with coordination and project support.
- Maintain, review, and follow up on shop drawings, RFIs, material purchase orders, change notice quotes, and project completion documents.
- Effectively collect, review, and analyze project quotes, emphasizing the best prices in the market.
- Assemble, attend, document, and emphasize the importance of project meetings.
- Demonstrate leadership in Health, Safety, and Environmental Protection on the project.
