Job Description
Clobracon Construction is looking for an Assistant Project Manager. We offer a hands-on, fast-paced and very dynamic work environment, in which employees get to experience a wide array of projects of varying size and complexity.
Job responsibilities for the position are as follows:
- Work under supervision of a PM
- Preparation of subcontractor/trade contract documents
- Tracking and updating of project budgets, including cost-to-complete projections
- Tracking and updating of project schedules
- Preparation and administration of change orders
- Shop drawing/samples administration
- Regular correspondence with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
The ideal candidates possess the following skills:
- Engineering or architectural degree, civil technology diploma, or building sciences technology diploma
