As Assistant Property Manager, you’ll assist the property manager with day‑to‑day activities, take the lead on leasing, conduct tours, respond to resident inquiries, manage the operations team, train staff, lead rent collection, manage the budget, create newsletters, coordinate events, maintain resident ledgers, conduct inspections, act as property manager when absent, and safeguard company tools and equipment.
