Key Responsibilities
+ Formally supervise and train new staff or students as needed, including hiring, performance management, and related duties, in addition to instruction on techniques and consultation on project work.
+ Oversee supply and equipment budget under the minimal supervision of the principal investigator or business manager.
+ Work with the health and safety department to ensure the lab complies with regulations and all required training(s).
+ Manage APB, IRB and APLAC protocols.
+ Provide general lab support as needed.
+ Manage animal colony and assist with prioritizing and carrying out experiments.
