Assistant Store Manager
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to develop the store team, contribute to operational excellence, and drive sales growth while maintaining brand integrity.
Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Associate Store Manager.
- Develop and coach the store team, motivating and mentoring team members through guidance and leading by example.
- Implement sales strategies and analyze data to drive revenue growth.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and uphold high standards of store presentation.
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment for shoppers.
- Support the leadership team toward success and sustain brand equity.
