What you’ll do:
Demonstrate day to day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen our Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety
Responsible for assisting with the oversight and management of the C-store. Help establish short-term strategies, goals, and objectives for the store in alignment with the strategic plan. Assist to oversee adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts, image standards, financial management, safety and asset protection. Ensure consistent and profitable operations with the goal of continually improving operations. Purchase and market convenience store merchandise and manage relationships with vendors. Assist coaching team members, providing day to day direction and guidance, including performance management, training, and development.
