Job Description

Our client is a well-established property management company with over 50 years of history and success. They are looking for a “Live-In” Assistant Superintendent to join their organization. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning of the interior and exterior of the premises, minor maintenance and administrative duties.

Position Description

As the successful candidate, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring tenant requests are fulfilled and dealt with in a timely manner
  • Cleaning of all common areas including elevators, stairwells, etc.
  • Garbage and recycling maintenance and removal
  • General office duties including rent collection, responding to emails, issuing purchase orders etc.
  • Respond to after-hour emergencies
  • Landscape, shoveling walk-ways, etc.
  • Assisting with minor maintenance repairs as required
