Assistant Superintendent
Reporting to the General Superintendent, the Assistant Superintendent is responsible for on-site management of construction projects, leading and coordinating subcontractors and Bird craft labour. This role ensures safe, efficient execution of field operations in alignment with company objectives.
Travel to client sites throughout the Greater Ottawa Area is required.

- Provide safety leadership through the implementation of the Bird Safety Program and monitor the safety performance of field staff and subcontractors.
- Foster positive morale by establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with field staff and subcontractors.
