JOB TITLE: Assistant Team Leader
1. Purpose and Scope of Position
The Assistant Team Leader supports the Team Leader and/or Retail Area Managers in the operations of Cornelscourts counter.
The Assistant Team Leader supports the Team Leader and/or Retail Managers in maximising sales, managing stock levels, merchandising and directing the team to ensure the delivery of the highest possible standards of customer service.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in managing and directing the team (Cheesemongers); allocating tasks, managing breaks, monitoring standards of work, training new team members, keeping an overview of rostering using Softworks
