Job Description

SUMMARY

The Junior Transactions Manager is responsible for managing the knowledge of leased properties and coordinating leasing transactions for office space on behalf of one of our corporate clients. The Assistant Transactions Manager works closely with the Workplace Solutions (space planning) team, Facilities Team, and the client’s Facilities team. Additionally, the Assistant Transactions Manager will be involved in commercial real estate market research and will manage ongoing leasing documentation as required.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage all aspects of existing leases, including renewal, expansion, reduction, and termination; coordinate feedback and advise all stakeholders involved in transactions.
