Job Description
Associate Director, Project Management – Metrics, Analytics & Performance (MAP) – Responsible for leading project management of a portfolio of metrics and analytics initiatives that support strategic decision‑making, improve planning and execution, and monitor performance across Global Clinical Trial Operations (GCTO) studies and processes.
Responsibilities
- Collect, assign, track, and prioritize user requests for system modifications, upgrades, or bug fixes.
- Manage timelines and resource allocation through both Agile and Waterfall development cycles, ensuring effective communication and training during releases.
- Approve change requests and coordinate release planning and assessment in partnership with the Research & Development IT Division.
