Key responsibilities 重要职责Drive strategic operational initiatives and alignment with cross functions on key imperatives and tactics. Implementation of company’s key strategic initiatives and keep optimization within each layer of DOD field force.Set up operational mechanism, enable sales strategy’s execution in field force and strengthen data-driven mindset. Lead FE team to ensure effective support sales performance and achievement of business goals.Establish supply and demand management process and principle in DOD. Manage quota allocation to maximize customer needs based on supply’s situation.Build compliance mindset for each level of DOD. Responsible for DOD’ audit and follow-up actions.Drive DOD winning culture, embedded the culture into business management process.
