What you will do
The Associate Manager Learning and Development is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective training processes and programs for Kenvue’s Consumer Care organization. They consult with integral teams, regional management, employees, and external vendors to identify training needs. They develop recommendations for new training programs and propose improvements to existing training processes, materials and technologies. They ensure the Consumer Care organization is informed of new company information, enterprise system changes, and the Kenvue Learning Management system.
