Job Description
What will you do? Support the Director of Portfolio Management in executing asset-level strategies focused on maximizing value, optimizing capital structure, and growing property-level NOI;
Develop, implement, and actively manage asset-level business plans, translating strategic objectives into executable initiatives and monitoring progress against defined financial and operational targets;
Review deal underwriting and ongoing asset performance to identify opportunities for incremental value through leasing initiatives, repositioning strategies, capital improvements, and expense optimization;
Analyze asset performance relative to market conditions and recommend adjustments to business plans to achieve highest and best use;
Assist in broker engagement and leasing strategy execution, including for assets held for sale;
