Job Description
- Independently handle and assist in criminal litigation matters before Trial Courts and High Courts.
- Draft, file, and appear in regular bail applications, anticipatory bail applications, and bail cancellation applications.
- Prepare and prosecute petitions under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) / Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (CrPC).
- Handle criminal appeals, criminal revision petitions, and criminal transfer applications.
- Draft and argue Criminal Writ Petitions (WPCRL) under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India.
