Oversight, management, & support of the Investor Operations teams daily operations and local/global initiatives, while providing quality client service with the guidance of MUFG’s core values.
Responsibilities
- Support and drive locally the build out of the Investor Trade Ops team in Halifax, covering deployment, training and migration of work in support of the eventual global model (follow the sun). The team will be extensively involved in implementing and working on strategic initiatives using cutting edge technology, lead initiatives using AI, and other industry leading solutions such as digital subscription forms.
