The Role
The Associate Director of Real Estate is responsible for oversight and management of Kyndryl's real estate portfolio in LATAM region reporting up through the VP of global Real Estate.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Leads a team across the region to manage the global real estate portfolio of owned and leased facilities.
Evaluate space needs consistent with Kyndryl's business objectives
- Work with stakeholders across the region to develop plans that meet the in country needs and align to the company's overall objectives
- Assess the current footprint and changes required to meet business needs.
