We are seeking an experienced IT Solution Architect to lead the design, integration, and evolution of our enterprise virtual assistant.
This role will focus on a portfolio of enterprise IT solutions, including enterprise observability, backup & recovery, contact center software, digital experience monitoring, on‑call solutions and other enterprise technologies to automate support workflows and improve the employee experience, helping mature operational practices and expand AI‑driven capabilities such as recommendations, translation, and transcription.
The architect will continuously evaluate SaaS product roadmaps, adopting new platform features and AI innovations to maximize value and scalability across the environment.
