Job Description
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure that needs are being fulfilled, and direct staffing resources to specific tasks
- Maintain a solid understanding of client business to be able to affect solid media solutions.
- Supervise team in the planning, development, and presentation of integrated media recommendations.
- Work with the AVP/Vice-President to ensure that clients are aware of emerging media trends and XLR8 tools as it affects their business
- Maintain harmonious working relationships with the clients’ stakeholders (e.g. Creative Agencies).
- Support the AVP/ VP in the creation of team operating budgets
Client Service Team Administration
- Work with the AVP/Vice-President to ensure that Strategy teams are properly staffed to meet Client needs profitably.
