Key Responsibilities Of The Role
- Primary reporting line to the Divisional Planning Manager
- Functional reporting line to the Divisional Operations Team (as required for portfolio delivery)
- Member of the Planning Department Management Team
- Lead and be accountable for all planning activities within the assigned portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with Group and Divisional standards
- Advise and support Divisional and SBU Management Teams (including MDs, OMs, PMs, CMs and site teams) on planning strategy, performance and recovery actions
- Assess, maintain and communicate schedule risk for the portfolio (including risk levels, drivers and mitigations), escalating material risks to the Divisional Planning Manager and Operations as appropriate
