Overview
Associate Global Forwarding Agent – Bogotá. This role is responsible for overseeing international shipment coordination, documentation, compliance, and customer service, ensuring efficient global supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
Maintain Operational Excellence
- Understand processes, documentation, and terminology involved in international shipping from purchase order issuance through delivery of cargo
- Apply basic industry knowledge to respond to customer requests
- Learn and execute or coordinate tasks on shipments to meet all customer SOP requirements
- Ensure a high level of data integrity within shipments: acknowledgement of shipment details, INCOterms, routing, dates, documents, etc.
- Learn and understand pricing; complete low to medium complexity customer quotes
