Overview

They analyse client needs, develop people and organisation strategies, and help clients optimise their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organisational effectiveness. As a Senior Associate, you will support end‑to‑end organization and talent transformation initiatives that align with the overall strategy of our clients, leveraging a broad range of workforce consulting solutions.

Responsibilities

  • 70–80% of your time will focus on delivering high‑profile engagements in areas such as:
  • People & Talent Strategies
  • HR Function Effectiveness and Design
  • HR of the Future in the AI era
  • People change and organization design and implementation
  • HR Technology Assessment and Roadmap (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft, etc.)
  • Workforce Planning & Analytics
